I feel that everyone has a purpose in life but we all have a hard time finding it. Capturing moments that will last many lifetimes just so happens to be mine.
I have spent the last 4 years perfecting my skills and gaining as much knowledge as I can about all things photography. I am an all or nothing person so when I started this business, I went head first and was determined to succeed.
About the face behind the camera
This is hard part. Me talking about me.
My life is pretty ordinary and probably very similar to yours. I find joy in the small quiet moments. Breathing fresh air, drinking coffee before the sun rises, sunsets, hiking, fishing, and planting flowers are just a few of the things that really give me life. All of these things have a common denominator, nostalgia **wink wink**.
Before I became a photographer I worked in manufacturing. Altec Industries actually, and man, I loved that job! I was their Decal Room associate and where I started my Adobe learning journey. I was born and raised in Salem, but I currently live in Buchanan. My husband is from here. No, a Salem jacket was not in the closet when my Nanny first moved her family to the area. Heated streets? Not sure about that one lololol.

The day I got married and the day I had my son
I was a brand spanking new mama to a beautiful baby boy that we tried for two long years to have. It was nearing the end of my maternity leave and the closer it got, the more I could not fathom the thought of someone else getting to spend more time with him than me. Ultimately, my loving husband convinced me to stay home and care for our sweet boy. So I bought a cheap beginners camera and instantly became hooked.

If you made it this far, you're probably like "Okay lady, I don't need to know your whole life story". The reason I have went into grave detail is because I want you know me. Know where I come from, know my heart, why I do what I do, and ultimately know that you will be provided an excellent luxury experience when booking with me.
